Cyril Cuche farms a good amount of land organic and biodynamically. Though his family primarily sold their grapes, Cyril’s good friend, Eric Texier, convinced him to make some of his own wine. This is a collaboration with Texier and is 85 percent Cinsault and 15 percent Syrah directly pressed. Pale pink in color. Rose petals, pink raspberry, frothy and refreshing.
