Northwest Wine Dinner

September 16th, 6:30 to 8:00.

An end of the summer feast featuring flavors of the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by the current harvest season bringing together local flavors. A family style meal encouraging the sharing of plates between neighbors. Using seasonal flavors as an appreciation to the bounty of the farm, forest, and sea. This is a four course meal starting with local cheese, smoked salmon, pickled vegetables, grilled pears, and bread from Watertank Bakery. Then, a fresh salad is served featuring locally grown heirloom tomatoes and ferndale farmstead mozzarella. The main plate is brought out next with a Juniper brined roasted pork, cider braised cabbage, roasted carrots, and creamy white beans. The evening is topped off with a delicious Blackberry-hazelnut crumble topped with whipped cream. Dinner will, as always, be served with hand selected wine pairings.
