San Juan Island Sea Salt - Kimchi Blend

Yall this is a brand new product! Inspired by the our favorite fermented food, and specifically by the Kimchi made at Ernies Cafe in Friday Harbor. We aimed to evoke the amazingly unique flavors of kimchi, and darn it if we didn't do it. After Popcorn Blend this is our most addictive product yet. We eat this stuff right out of the jar! Goes great on rice, vegetables, scrambled eggs and avocados.

Ingredients: Sea salt, gochugaru pepper, organic vinegar powder, organic garlic, organic ginger, organic carrot, organic onion, organic rice powder.
