Arvum Gran Reserva Sherry Vinegar shares its name with the sherry wines made with similar techniques. It’s made using the traditional Solera system pioneered in Spain, in which some of the vinegar is transferred in the solera, or set of barrels of different ages, some more than 40 years old. The result of this maturation in barrels is remarkable flavor: piquant yet smooth, bold and lasting.
It’s also a great finishing vinegar to keep on hand in the kitchen, add a drop to goat cheese stuffed figs or over Manchego stuffed dates. With a sweet-sour flavor that lingers, every taste is worth savoring!
