Domaine Du Nozay - Sancerre 2018
One of the few certified biodynamic Sancerre vinyards. They have been practicing organically for over 20 years. Natural yeast fermentation with no added sugar or acid. It is hard to find a Sancerre producer that cares this much. Grown on limestone and kimmeridgian soil wich comes through on the palate. Great minerality and salinity come through on every sip. One, if not my favorite, sancerre producer. while alot of Sancerre producers have moved toward the green New Zealand style, some have held true to the old traditions.
