Fresh, brilliant crimson peppers are mashed to a coarse paste, mixed with olive oil, and left to macerate for a few months to develop the many layers of complex flavors found in IASA's Peperoncino Piccante in Olive Oil.

The sweet and smoky flavor of peperoncino piccante (spicy pepper) from Salerno has a surprising heat that is felt throughout the palate. This condiment is the perfect ingredient and complement to many of the traditional dishes of Campania and Calabria, in the south of Italy.

Add heat and color to pasta sauces, pizzas, pannini, shrimp dishes, olive mixes, Iasa Branzino, grilled sausages, steak sandwiches or salads, and bruschetta recipes.
