This is a four course meal starting with local cheese, smoked salmon, pickled vegetables, grilled pears, and bread from Watertank Bakery. Then, a fresh salad is served featuring locally grown heirloom tomatoes and ferndale farmstead mozzarella. The main plate is brought out next with a Juniper brined roasted pork, cider braised cabbage, roasted carrots, and creamy white beans. The evening is topped off with a delicious Blackberry-hazelnut crumble topped with whipped cream.
