The "Radikon Blue" labels denote the cuveés that are given the most extreme skin contact and and longest maturation before release.

Here is Sasa Radikon's phenomenal blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The fruit spent up to four months on skins before seeing the inside of an old barrel. It then takes three years before the wine sees a bottle.

It's a slow, painstaking process to create these wines, and if you are a fan of deeply textural, tactile, orange wines, it was well worth the wait. If you want to see Friulian orange wine at its most extreme, this is the last stop on the line.
